"ARAB PHOENIX HOLDINGS" CONVENE GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

“Arab Phoenix Holdings” held its General Assembly (shareholders) annual meeting on the 28th of April in Aqaba on the grounds of its project “Red Sea Resort”.
At the meeting, attending the shareholders approved the company’s 2017 financials and management report and approved the appointment of the three new Board members: The New members are Alaa Batayneh, Ahmad Al Salakh and Fareed Asadi.
The Meeting was attended by shareholders representing 62% of company capital,
Beside Aqaba Special Economic Zone Chief Commissioner Naser Al Shraydeh and other officials and public figures.
